I know firsthand how challenging life can be and how counselling can help.
I use a variety of interventions and tools to support people through anxiety, depression, stress, work challenges, life balance issues, self-esteem, relationships, life changes, grief and/or loss, and trauma.
I am passionate about equipping people who have chronic pain, a health condition, or a recent injury with the tools they need to live a vibrant life that balances their medical needs with a full life. I know how challenging life is with these physical conditions.
I offer a mix of in-person and virtual appointments.
Therapeutic Approaches: I often utilize a range of tools from a variety of therapeutic approaches; the approaches I use most often are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). When working with clients with a physical condition or disability, therapeutic tools or activities are carefully chosen in conjunction with the client to ensure accommodations are met.
